Return & Refund Policies

Kertalis.com is committed to excellence and integrity, offering you products of the highest quality, purity, potency, and effectiveness.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product for a refund. You can request your refund up to 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or unopened).

Refunds are issued for the total amount paid at the time of purchase, minus a 15% restocking fee. A signed and fully completed Product Return Authorization (PRA) form MUST accompany a product return. You may obtain a PRA number by emailing your request to returns@kertalis.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow two to four weeks for processing.

Kertalis.com reserves the right to decline a refund if a PRA was not issued prior to returning the product(s).

How to proceed with a Product(s) Return

To initiate your return and request a refund, please email returns@kertalis.com to receive your Product Return Authorization (PRA). When contacting us please be ready to provide your email and/or Invoice number available.

If eligible for a refund, Kertalis.com will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our shipping center.

Once product is received and inspected, Kertalis.com will determine if you are eligible for a refund and automatically apply the refund to your credit card or the original method of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our shipping center.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for the credit to post to your account.

 

Receipt of damaged or defective product(s)

If you received damaged or defective product(s) please contact Kertalis’s at shipping@kertalis.com. Provided you contact us within 30 days from receipt of the order, we will replace the product(s) at no charge instead of issuing a refund.
